- Hover over the “Products” tab along the top of every page to find which category of products you would like to shop for. You may also use the search bar to enter in any keywords you may use to find your desired product.
- When you have located the product you would like to purchase you may click on either the product name or product image to see a full description of the product or you may click the add to cart button on the list of products.
- If you click the product name or image, this will take you to the product information page. To purchase the product, enter a quantity in the quantity box and click the 'Add to Cart' button
- You will then be shown an overview of the items in your shopping cart plus a subtotal. At this point you can either add more products to your order by repeating steps 1-3 above, or if you have finished ordering click the 'Checkout' button.
- You will then have the option to login, register or checkout.
- If you have registered at the website before you can simply enter your login information and proceed to the checkout.
- If you have not registered at the website before you can register by clicking the register button. Registration is optional; however, it is a useful option if you intend to be a repeat buyer. Your contact details will be saved for future orders.
- Registered buyers also have the ability to ship to an address that is not the same as their billing address. Non-registered customers do not.
- If you do not have a login and do not wish to register you can simply click the 'Checkout' button which will bring you to the checkout page.
- The checkout page will show you an overview of your order, please confirm that your order information is correct then proceed to fill out your contact information:
- Enter your contact and billing information into the relevant fields.
- Select your shipping method from the shipping method from the listed choices
- Once you have completed all the relevant information on the checkout page, click the “next” button to continue processing your order
- If there is a problem with your shipping details you will be directed to a page where you validate your shipping address. Make the relevant changes on this page and click the 'Continue' button to proceed.
- You will then be asked to select a payment option. Please choose from the options and enter any necessary information. When finished entering information, press the “Place Order” button.
- Before clicking the “Place Order” button please confirm what you have entered is correct on the right banner for the Shipping Address and Method. This includes writing any apartment, suite, or any relevant secondary address information.
- Your order will then be processed; you will be notified if there were any errors with your payment information. If your order processed correctly then you will be taken to an order confirmation page, this page will show you your unique order id. It is a good idea to print this page for your records. You will receive a copy of your order via e-mail.
